My husband and I recently purchased this little guy for $250!
However we cannot find much info about it on the internet.
The only number we’ve found on it so far is on the bottom foot rest which is “528NA.”
“Star” Is on the top of the foot rest.
It seems to be porcelain enamel and chrome. I think the previous owners did have it reupholstered.
The hydraulic parts seems to work but cannot get to lay back – maybe it doesn’t?
Any information anyone might have would be great.

Handel twisits to recline might need adjusting easy to look up and do Koken made the star line for while all your parts are Koken only diff is foot and calf rest say star it’s from the 1950s headrest and Handel give it away that’s called golf style handel
