I have two mustard color Email J. Paidar barber chairs for sale in the Chicago area. I can not find where the serial numbers are but these chairs were manufactured either in the late 50’s or 60’s. They are in the original condition with few missing parts. Great restoration projects. Will not ship – local Chicago area pick up only. Please contact me for pictures and further info.
I have four Paidar chairs manufactured January 19, 1939. If they are similar, pull up the bottom seat cushion. You should find the cap for adding hydraulic fluid and the serial number stamped on it. On my chairs there are “operating instructions” stapled to the bottom of the cushion with the date of manufacture, moving instructions, and the “Factory number” which is the same as the serial number. Hope this helps.
