Berninghaus hercules barber chair

I have a berninghaus hercules barber chair n i dont know how it works i dont know how much fluid is required in bottom of chair i dont know how handle works it isnt working so also dont know if gasket is bad or if i can get new one or where? Also i wen i put top piece on bottom piece ,do i have to spin chair or anthing also is the somewhere on bottom of chair to bleed out air? Can anyone help answer these questions?
