I don’t know how to release the back for shaving. Could someone please instruct me on how this is done. I just purchased the chair today and I am at a loss. Thank you
How old? Underneath the chair on the left side as you sit in it is 2 adjustment screws. You need someone to sit in the chair as you attempt to make the backing adjustment. Also the handle may need a screw adjustment?
